Information on local meetings of Christian interest. Scottish Reformation Society The Society’s Aberdeen Branch, founded in 1998, meets during the period from October to April in the Footdee Mission, Footdee, Aberdeen, AB11 5DQ. David Silversides (N. Ireland) – ‘A Rationale of Arms’. Please note that this meeting will be preceded by the Branch AGM at 7.00pm. • Friday 24th November 2006: Rev. Murdo A.N. Macleod (Glasgow) – ‘The Covenanter Thomas Hog’ • Friday 23rd February 2007: Rev. David Campbell (Isle of Lewis) – ‘The Covenanter Alexander Peden’ • Friday 9th March 2007: Mr James Dickson (Kilsyth) – ‘The Three Battles of the Covenanters’ • Friday 30th March 2007: Rev. A. Sinclair Horne (Edinburgh) – ‘The Covenanter James Renwick and the Legacy of the Covenanters’ Please note also the following meeting: • Friday 26th May 2007: Annual Covenanter Conventicle at Dunnottar Castle near Stonehaven.
